For our customers, to discover and fully experience the charm of our most pristine places, we offer an apartment for rent, completely renovated in 2014.
This is a Design Tuscany House, located in the old part of Badia al Pino, a small medieval hamlet ('the Benedictine Abbey at Pine'), only 3 minutes away from the A1 exit Arezzo.
Booking
The apartment was restored with thermal and acoustic insulation and roof ventilation, it has some wonderful ceilings with exposed beams, floors and staircase of white resin and terracotta Tuscan with thermoacoustic windows.
After careful research, into the living room, kitchen and three bedrooms have been furnished with modern furniture of important italian brands, combined with antiques and vintage fine pure linen curtains and lighting design important: all designed to create an intimate, comfortable and stylish atmosphere.
All bathrooms are clad in stone and blue Bisazza with Corian health.
Kitchen, Beds, Tables, Chairs, Sofas and all the furniture in the holiday home are new, never used again. Supplied to the apartment there is also a Samsung TV 32 "HD.
The property offers, in addition to an original Liberty balcony, also a free private and some neighboring public car park.
In the village, in the space of m. 100, are available: Wellness Centre, Clothes Shop, Bank, Police, Laundry Station with train and bus to Arezzo, Minimarket, Bars, Pubs, Pharmacy, Tobacco, Hairstylist, USL, dentist, restaurant / pizzeria.
The apartment offers a wonderful atmosphere, ideal for couples and families wishing to stay in Tuscany, in search of scenery and landscapes to life.

The Tuscany Design House is also an excellent starting point to visit important cities of Tuscany. Arezzo is only 10 minutes away by car.
Other cities of interest, such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Anghiari, Sangiovanni Valdarno Montevarchi, Camaldoli (Hermitage) and La Verna (home of St. Francis), the Casentino Forests (National Park) are only half 'hour drive.
